Best of Realty (2023) - "Rezidence u Kazínské skály"
The residential project “U Kazínské skály” is located in Černošice – Mokropsy, in a beautiful setting in nature of the Berounka River valley. Individual apartments offer gorgeous views of greenery and Hladká skála and Kazínská skála.
This is the first stage of a larger project. The next two stages will gradually offer areas for services, coffee house, pharmacy, grocery store, and other amenities.
The first stage that includes 29 apartments is designed as four villas that, each rotated by 90°. Thanks to the rotation, the volume and the material design of the four buildings offer different layouts, with beautiful views of surrounding nature.
The façade of each villa features wiring for climbing plants that will complete the natural look of the whole project in a few years. There is a shared underground parking garage situated below all four villas with access from an adjacent street. There are elevators in the parking garage leading to higher floors of each villa. Thanks to its clever design, the parking garage is virtually invisible, as it is completely covered with trees, shrubs, and grass.
