About the project
The Residence u Kazínské skály project is situated in the town of Černošice, with a magnificent view of Kazínská Rock and Hladká Rock.
It consists of four luxury, three-storey villas: Amélie, Rozálie, Viktorie, and Natálie. Each houses between 6 and 8 flats.
All flats come with a balcony or a terrace, the flats on the ground floor with a small private garden.
The layout of the flats varies – from the biggest 4 rooms plus kitchenette to the smallest 1 room plus kitchenette. Underground parking spaces are available in all villas, basement space and an elevator.
The prices of flats shown do not include a garage space, which costs CZK 300,000 including VAT.
We expect to complete this stage of the project in the spring of 2023.
