STANDARDS

It is our tradition to pay considerable attention to façade design. The façades of all four villas are a combination of brick facing from England, assembled with sophistication, large windows, refined plasterwork, creeping façade greenery, and multiple glazed balconies and terraces. We pay the same level of attention to the design of the lobbies. These are designed in such a way as to act as a dignified entranceway to the building and show its quality at first glance. We have verified the standard of the materials used in previous projects and continue to raise that standard.
